About the City of Castle Pines North
Mayor Jeffrey Huff
Mayor Jeffrey Huff has lived in Colorado since 1983 and, for the past ten years, has been proud to call Castle Pines North home.
Throughout his residency in Castle Pines North, Mayor Huff has led many community initiatives.
He has served as a director on the Castle Pines North Master Association, and as president of both the Hidden Pointe HOA and Hidden Pointe Metro District. Mayor Huff currently serves as the Chairman of Colorado House District 45 for the Executive Committee for State Representative Carole Murray.
In fact, in 2007 and 2008, Mayor Huff served as the vice chairman of the CPN Election Commission, which oversaw the drafting of the city’s first ballot questions.
Mayor Huff notes that the city has tremendous opportunities for growth. A top priority of his will be to create a capital investment plan to improve the city’s infrastructure, including roads and streets. In addition, he believes the city needs well-planned water initiatives that will ensure the viability of the community for decades to come. He promotes open communication to citizens and strives to create an environment in which personal and business investments can flourish.
Mayor Huff holds law degree from the Moritz College of Law at Ohio State University. He is a Vice President at Morgan Stanley where he has provided wealth advisory and estate planning services to clients since 1988.
Mayor Huff enjoys the activities that Colorado offers, including mountaineering, skiing and camping. But most importantly, he enjoys spending time with Crista, his wife of 17 years, and their three daughters – who attend Cherry Hills Christian and Timber Trail Elementary. |
