Meeting Information

Council meetings for the new City Council are held at the CPN Community Center (7404 Yorkshire Drive), when available, and the HOA #1 Clubhouse, 7233 Tenby Way, across from Buffalo Ridge Elementary School.

Council meetings begin at 7 p.m., with time allowed at the beginning of each meeting for public input. A study session is held before each council meeting beginning at 6 p.m. While public input is not permitted at the study session, meetings are open to the public.

Lagae Development: Oct. 29, 2008

At the Oct. 29, 2008, City Council Meeting, Council held a Public Hearing and addressed several items regarding Lagae Development.

The Public Hearing portion of the meeting was related to Lagae Ranch Filing No.1 Preliminary Plan, Lagae Ranch Filing No.1 Final Plat, and Vacation of Lagae Road.

After the Public Hearing, Council addressed and passed the following Resolutions and Ordinance:

Resolution 08-39: "Conditionally approving Lagae Ranch Filing No. 1 Preliminary Plan"
Resolution 08-40: "Appoving subdivision improvements agreement for Lagae Ranch Filing No. 1 between the City of Castle Pines North and R.I. Management of Tulsa, Inc."
Resolution 08-41: "Conditionally approving Lagae Ranch Filing No. 1 Final Plat"
Ordinance 08-11: "Vacating Lagae Road " (second reading)
Resolution 08-44: "Regarding acceptance of cash-in-lieu of school dedication"
Resolution 08-45: "Regarding acceptance of park dedication"
