Meeting Information

Council meetings for the new City Council are held at the CPN Community Center (7404 Yorkshire Drive), when available, and the HOA #1 Clubhouse, 7233 Tenby Way, across from Buffalo Ridge Elementary School.

Council meetings begin at 7 p.m., with time allowed at the beginning of each meeting for public input. A study session is held before each council meeting beginning at 6 p.m. While public input is not permitted at the study session, meetings are open to the public.

Council Meeting: Jan. 7, 2010

The regular meeting of the City Council for Castle Pines North was held at 6 p.m. Jan. 7, at the HOA #1 clubhouse, 7233 Tenby Way, Castle Pines North, Colo.

City Council approved Resolution 10-02, which amends the CH2M HILL contract. It will be presented and voted on at the next meeting.

Among other highlights, Council appointed Deputy City Clerk Carl Kollmar as the interim City Clerk, and Council adopted an amendment to the Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics. Since this was the last meeting, each Councilmember took a few moments to speak about the Council’s accomplishments since incorporation. Departing Councilmembers received a plaque, thanking them for their service.

The next City Council meeting will be Thursday, Jan. 14, at 7 p.m. at the CPN Community Center, 7404 Yorkshire Dr., Castle Pines North, Colo. All City Council meetings are open to the public. All meeting agendas are posted online and at the CPN Community Center the day before each meeting is held.
