Meeting Information

Council meetings for the new City Council are held at the CPN Community Center (7404 Yorkshire Drive), when available, and the HOA #1 Clubhouse, 7233 Tenby Way, across from Buffalo Ridge Elementary School.

Council meetings begin at 7 p.m., with time allowed at the beginning of each meeting for public input. A study session is held before each council meeting beginning at 6 p.m. While public input is not permitted at the study session, meetings are open to the public.

Council Meeting: April 13, 2010

The regular meeting of the City Council for Castle Pines was held at 7 p.m. April 13, the Castle Pines Community Center, 7404 Yorkshire Dr., Castle Pines, Colo.

Boy Scout Troop 316 led Council and attendees in the Pledge of Allegiance and attended the Council meeting as part of their Civic Government Merit Badge, which is required for the Eagle Scout rank.

Council approved Resolution 10-34, which is an agreement with Leland Consulting to prepare a conditions survey and urban renewal plan for certain properties within the city
Council accepted the resignation of Ward 1 Council member Jennifer Havercroft and determined will use an appointment process to fill the vacancy.

The next City Council meeting will be 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 27, at the CPN Community Center, 7404 Yorkshire Dr., Castle Pines, Colo. All City Council meetings are open to the public. All meeting agendas are posted online and at the Castle Pines CPN Community Center the day before each meeting is held.
