Interim City Manager
The Interim City Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising staff responsibilities, per direction of City Council.
City Clerk
Dan Schatz
The City Clerk is responsible for maintaining municipal records, such as council meeting agendas, minutes, ordinances, resolutions and other vital city documents.
 Community Development
There are two functions within Community Development: Planning & Zoning and Building Permits & Inspections. The Planning & Zoning team can help you with issues concerning land use, zoning, and development review. The Building Permits & Inspections team assists with plan reviews, building permits, and site inspections for new construction, plumbing & mechanical work, and site improvements.
Economic Development Council
The Castle Pines City Council has approved support of the Economic Development Council. The City-sponsored Council will work to support and develop economic development in Castle Pines and assist with economic issues and plans that impact the City.
The CP EDC plans to collaborate with other local entities that focus on business issues, including the Douglas County Partnership of Governments EDC, Castle Pines Chamber, and South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce.
The Economic Development Council meets the first Wednesday of each month at 8:00 am at locations to be announced.

 Public Safety
Public safety is a priority for the City of Castle Pines North. We aim to ensure our citizens live in a safe and healthy environment. Check our Public Safety section for information regarding fire protection, paramedics, the sheriff's department, and more.
Public Works
Launched on Feb. 12, 2009, the Public Works department guides and delivers the city's public works services through a combination of partnerships, subcontractors and city staff.
Finance
Information regarding the City's budget, finances, licensing and taxes is located in the Finance's department.
